- Guide and porter:Hiring a trekking guide is compulsory for this trek, as it is a restricted trekking route and very remote while porter is an optional.
- Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP):
- Cost: NPR 3,000 (approximately USD 25)
- Restricted Area Permit (RAP) for Nar Phu Valley:
- Cost: USD 100 per week per person during September to November
- Cost: USD 75 per week per person during December to August
If you want to combine the Nar Phu Valley Trek with the Annapurna Circuit Trek, it becomes a 7-day side trip from Koto to Ngawal. The rest of the trek follows the Annapurna Circuit trail. This combination offers a unique and isolated adventure, adding more excitement and variety to the Annapurna Circuit experience.
