Sometimes it's suspicious when a company has only 5-star reviews, but in this case, such a rating is 100% deserved. TL;DR: I would highly recommend choosing the PNT team for any trekking adventure in Nepal. We have just returned from a 25-day trek on the Manaslu Circuit with extensions to the Tsum Valley and Tilicho Lake then over the rarely-visited Mesokanto pass, with Tara as our main guide. Overall, our experience was fantastic and from start to finish the PNT team provided an excellent service. - Sukra, the manager, was very responsive, clear, and came up with a great itinerary that provided a bit of adventure and some of Nepal's best trekking. - Our guide Tara met us in Kathmandu and gave us a full overview of the itinerary, checked our gear, and even went shopping with us in Thamel giving us great advice on what to buy. - We spent nearly a month with Tara and could easily have kept going. By the end of our trip, he felt like a long-time friend. Tara is so knowledgeable about the trail, culture, flora and fauna, and taught us so much on the way. He has an open and honest manner, he knew when to push us, and we shared many laughs together. His generosity and dedication was also evident in the way he treated other guides, ready to offer advice to other groups and helping other guides with their clients. - The PNT team are pioneers of certain trails and designed a customised itinerary for us with ease. They are very dedicated to their jobs and will research and walk new routes themselves before clients come, all to make sure that they provide a great experience. While they clearly know the common tourist routes well, they are the perfect team for things that are more off the beaten path. - For the last part of our trek, from Manang to Jomsom via Tilicho Lake and the Mesokanto Pass, Sukra initially planned for an extra porter to meet us in Manang with the camping gear. To our delight, we actually had four extra team members join us, Sukra himself, Asal (Aji), Aakass, and Pawan (Pithu). From our first coffee together in Manang, we could appreciate the team's energy, sense of fun, and enthusiasm for the mountains. We felt in safe hands the whole time, even when descending the pass in fog through thick snow, especially as Aakass is a climbing guide and knew exactly what to do. - This team go above and beyond for their clients. They sorted out all the necessary permits, logistics, transport from Kathmandu to the trailhead, and accommodation, as well as providing lots of other recommendations for things like a barber in Pokhara, restaurants, and transport back to Kathmandu. Tara even cooked us (delicious!) lunch once when the teahouse chef was missing. But that's only the start of it: when we reached our camp at Tilicho Lake, they realised that they had forgotten to pack salt. We didn't mind, but Pithu immediately offered to walk ~1 hour back to the teahouse at the lake viewpoint to buy some. When he arrived, they had just closed and he was feeling dizzy from hunger so came back. Before anyone asked, Aakass had laced up his boots and packed a bag, prepared to walk a 14km round trip, descending 900m, back to Tilicho Base Camp. This level of effort is definitely not normal! - It was also clear throughout our trek that the team have invested time into making connections and building relationships with the various people running teahouses along the way. Tara was usually welcomed like family and we were confident that the PNT team had chosen all the best places for us to stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend Prems Nepal Trek and we are already planning our next trip. These guys work magic.

I travelled already the second time with Prems Nepal Trek. First time Annapurna Base Camp and second time the combined Gokyo lake and EBC trek. For both treks Aksah was my guide. He has done a fabulos job and we have become good friends. Akash is looking after you, taking care of you in any situation. He made sure that I was safe when ever I needed it because I am scared of hights:). He is a great careing guide, very flexible, fun and supportive. I always felt very safe and comfortable with him. I love the company because they are  really flexible and try to adjust the program to your wishes. Response by Sukra is always very quick and professional. Organisation is great. Very very professional company! Sukra, the owner, is very responsive and extremely helpful. They gave us all the information we needed and even more. They even came to Kathmandu to meet, and spent the day helping us to buy our gear. The company treats their guides and porters very well, which gives a very good atmosphere and good cohesion between them. We had Jaman as guide, and Dikendra as porter, and they took such great care of us! They even gave us neck and back massages when we got pains from carrying our backpacks! Lovely and funny people. The entire trip was very smooth, felt very safe. All that for the most affordable package we got after comparing with other companies. My girlfriend and I are just back from the EBC trek with Prems. We are glad we chose them. They take care of everything, all you have to do is enjoy your trek. Everyone seems to happy to help with everything, from the first interactions with Sukra (the owner) and until our last day with Asal (our guide). Huge thanks to Asal for showing us your amazing country and what it has to offer. Nepal, it’s been a pleasure and it won’t be the last time we see each other again. I had an amazing experience trekking the Annapurna Circuit (ACT) with Prem’s and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Nepal. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled smoothly - they helped organise gear rentals, SIM cards, and currency exchange, which made settling in completely stress-free. The accommodations, both in hotels and tea houses along the route, were comfortable and well-chosen. The entire trek was enjoyable and well-paced. My guide, Jaman, was incredibly knowledgeable about the region, culture and trails. He was attentive, flexible with my pace, and made sure we did proper acclimatisation hikes, which ensured a safe and successful trek. The team was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about creating a great experience. Communication was clear throughout, and I always felt supported and well taken care of. We just completed the manaslu trek with our porter and guide, Bhim and Bhim. It has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. First, communication with Sukra (the manager) was perfect, he was very helpful both before and during our stays in Nepal. During the trek, the team (Bhim and Bhim) took great care of us. They took care of everything and were always available for us. I was a bit scared going into this adventure because I have very severe food allergy (peanut), but our Guide took great care of it and I felt secure during the whole trek. If you are traveling solo, especially as a woman, I truly do not think you can find better people than Prems Nepal Trek. Just follow their lead and they’ll take care of everything. We did the Gokyo Ri and Renjo La pass trek (12 days). Sukra organised the programme to the finest detail. Our guide - Akash - did an amazing job, assisted by the assistant guide Dipan. J’ai fait un trek de 14 jours avec Prems Nepal Trek (le tour du Manaslu), et l’expérience a été super !
