Overview
The Mesokanto-La Trek is an adventurous and less-traveled Himalayan journey, perfect for trekkers looking for a combination of teahouse comfort, wilderness, and high-altitude adventure. The trek includes approximately 2–3 nights of light camping, allowing you to experience remote landscapes that are not accessible by the regular trekking routes.
One of the main highlights is crossing the Mesokanto-La Pass (5,245m), where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks. The route also takes you to Tilicho Lake (4,919m), one of the highest lakes in the world, along with beautiful alpine valleys, glaciers, and dramatic mountain landscapes.
