Annapurna Circuit Trek
13-Day ACT (Annapurna Circuit Trek) with Tilicho Lake – 2026
The Annapurna Circuit Trek is one of Nepal’s most popular and world-class classic trekking routes, offering an unforgettable journey through some of the country’s most diverse landscapes and cultures. The route travels from the lush lowlands to the high Himalayas, crossing the spectacular Thorong La Pass (5,416 m) and visiting traditional villages, ancient monasteries, and dramatic mountain landscapes.
Our suggested itinerary combines the highlights of the Annapurna region, including Ice Lake, Tilicho Lake, Thorong La, Muktinath, the Kali Gandaki Valley, Tatopani, Ghorepani, and Poon Hill. Wherever possible, we use the NATT (New Annapurna Trekking Trail) to avoid walking along busy motor roads.

Essential Information
Best Time to Trek
The best seasons are spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November), when the weather is generally stable and mountain views are excellent.
Difficulty & Fitness
The trek is moderate to challenging, mainly because of the high altitude and the crossing of Thorong La. Good physical preparation and gradual acclimatization are important.
Accommodation
The Annapurna Circuit is a tea-house trek, with basic to comfortable lodges available along the route. Facilities become simpler at higher elevations.
Guide & Porter
A guide is highly recommended for safety, navigation, local knowledge, and cultural experience. A porter is optional but can make the trek considerably more comfortable.
Permits
The required permits are Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) and TIMS (Trekkers Information Management System)
Motor Roads
Motor roads have now reached many parts of the Annapurna Circuit, so some sections of the trek cannot be completely avoided. However, wherever possible, we use the NATT (Natural Annapurna Trekking Trail) and alternative trails to minimize walking along the road and enjoy more scenic and peaceful sections.
